Project Requests

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is your first stop when proposing a new project or requesting a change or enhancement to an existing service.  Whether it's a one-time change or a multi-year, enterprise scale project, we will facilitate its entry into the university's governance process.  

To ensure that your project goes as smoothly as possible, engage with us from the start.  Our support specialists and project managers can help you get the most from university resources!

For technical support or to report an outage, contact the OIT Service Desk or stop by the Tech Depot.

Changes/enhancements

To request a change or enhancement to an existing OIT service or application, enter a Footprints Ticket.

Project Request Form

Start here if you are ready to submit a detailed request for a project that will total 100 hours or more, or if someone at the EPMO has specifically instructed you to complete a project request form:

  1. Download and complete a Project Request Form (Excel format)

  2. Submit the completed form.

Once you have submitted your Project Request Form, you can check on its status any time by using our Project Request Status Dashboard:

Web pages & websites

Use our Web Request Form (Excel format) to request the development of a new web page or changes to existing web page(s). Note: This does not include the development of online applications, forms, or interfaces.
