You have three choices - Outlook 2011, Entourage or Mac Mail.

Option A: Outlook 2011

Option B: Entourage 2008 WSE (Web Services Edition)

Requirements: 
You may use Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard), or 10.5 (Leopard), or 10.4 (Tiger), 10.3 (Panther), 10.2 (Jaguar)

How do I know if I have the correct version of Entourage?

Entourage 2008 is included with Office 2008 for Mac. When you installed Office 2008 on your Mac you also got the basic version of Entourage 2008. However, this edition of Entourage cannot connect to a Microsoft Exchange account. You must upgrade to the Web Services Edition.

If you DO NOT have Office 2008 for Mac, you can download Entourage 2008 from the OIT website. This version is the Web Services Edition, so there is no need to upgrade to the Web Services Edition.

If you already have Office 2008, you must upgrade Entourage 2008 to the Web Services Edition.

1.     Run Microsoft Office updates Click here for detailed instructions.

2.     Download the upgrade installer

3.     Find the Details box in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

4.     Click on the link called "English (.dmg)".

5.     Wait for the update file to download to your computer.

6.     Double-click the file that you downloaded in step 2 above to install Entourage Web Services   Edition, and follow the instructions on the screen.
