Logging in to CatMail

To get started using CatMail on the web, go to the Microsoft Outlook Live Login.

The page will prompt you to sign in with a Windows Live ID and password. If you already have a Windows Live or Hotmail account, the page will instead ask you to "Click a Windows Live ID to sign in". If you see that, click "Sign in with a different account" to get the username and password blank. Enter your Ohio University e-mail address and your CatMail password, then click Sign In.

Windows Live ID: OHIOID@ohio.edu
Password: your CatMail password* 

*Your CatMail password is not the same as your OHIO ID password.  Current students and alumni will receive a temporary password when their Oak e-mail account is converted to CatMail.  New students will receive a temporary password when they activate their OHIO ID.  The first time you log into CatMail, the system will prompt you to choose a new password.
