Microsoft Office Live Workspace is your online place to save, access, and share documents and files. No downloads are required. 

• Password-protected online storage for 1,000+ documents 
• Extension of Microsoft Office (Needs loaded) 
• No more flash drives or sending documents to yourself as e-mail attachments 
• Collaborate with others, even if they don't have Office 
• 500 MB of storage, which means you can save more than 1000 average sized Microsoft Office documents. Individual documents can be as large as 25 MB.

Along with Live Workspace you can use:
Microsoft SharedView (required install on each computer, Windows only)

• Share your desktop with up to 15 other users. 
• Give a presentation 
• Share control with other students to edit a document together in real time
