Your Bobcat Account code is a unique, University-issued 8-digit PIN that lets you:

• Make long distance calls from any office or residence hall, at discounted, direct-dial rates.

• Make long distance calls while traveling or from a non-University off campus telephone by dialing 1-800-777-OHIO.

Who is Eligible

All students, faculty, and staff are eligible for a personal Bobcat Account Code. Faculty and staff, with approval from their department head, also may apply for departmental codes to use on official business.

How to Apply

• Students
  Personal Bobcat Account Code - please print and fill out this form, then bring it with you to Room 112 in Baker Center (Technology Depot) or Fax to (740) 593-9399 during regular business hours.

• Faculty and Staff
  Personal Bobcat Account Code - please print and fill out this form, then bring it with you to Room 101C in CSC (Computer Service Center) or Fax to (740) 593-9399 during regular business hours.
  
  Departmental Bobcat Account Code - please print and fill out this form, then bring it with you to Room 101C in CSC (Computer Service Center) or Fax to ( 740) 593-9399 during regular business hour.
