Windows Systems Engineer
The Windows Systems Engineer works with the Systems team and is responsible for maintaining an operation consisting of over 300 Windows computing systems. This includes the evaluation, selection, implementation, integration, and administration for all new and existing computing environments and the generation of document artifacts that detail the technological alternatives available for the proposed project and the requirements/cost benefits analysis that guides the leadership in selecting the appropriate technology solution. The Systems Engineer acts with direct supervision in its day to day operations in analyzing issues, prioritizing requests, and making decisions while following change management procedures enacted to lower the risk of maintenance and reduce scheduling conflicts. The incumbent is expected to independently troubleshoot, triage and resolve technical issues in highly-complex multi-tiered computing environments.

Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer

Web Developer
OHIO University Office of IT (OIT) is seeking a full-time, permanent Web Developer within the Web Services team. The position will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing web sites for customers across the university within a content management system. The position will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining existing web sites for customers. The incumbent will be part of the newly established OIT Web Services Team that is working to change the way university web sites are maintained and implementing new technologies university-wide. We are seeking a candidate with a commitment to working effectively with students, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds.
