Unplanned Outage: Blackboard and other services

The university currently is experiencing an outage with the following services:

• Blackboard
• Network Storage (home and shared drives)
• Media Library
• Some portions of PeopleSoft
• Any services that use the Shibboleth method of Oak/OHIO ID authentication
  

We will post updates on this web page as well as to the OIT Twitter (@OhioIT) and Facebook pages as things develop.

All systems remain up. Technicians will continue to troubleshoot until they find the root cause. 1-1.5 min blips are possible every few hours. If you have trouble accessing an OHIO online service, wait a minute or so and try again.
