About OHIO Update

"OHIO Update" is a five-minute opportunity for fans to see the heart of Bobcat Pride and accomplishment. Each episode highlights some of the outstanding teaching, learning, research, and outreach going on inside and outside the classrooms of Ohio University. We are excited about our partnership with GTN that allows us to bring you these segments during the broadcasts of 15 Bobcat sporting events.

Tom Bosco, the host and co-producer of "OHIO Update," is a 1992 graduate of Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and a Columbus television journalist. Tom is a 15-year veteran of radio and television news, having  worked in Cincinnati, Dayton, and across southeast Ohio. Tom worked as an anchor and  reporter at the NBC affiliate in Toledo for 11 years. He now lives in Athens.
