Scott Darrah, BSED '90, and his wife, Amy Tuten Darrah, BA '90, had a daughter, Meredith Putnam Kyle Darrah, in May. They live in Cincinnati.

James Korcykoski, BSEE '90, recently was named vice president and chief technology officer of Western & Southern Financial Group, based in Cincinnati.

Tony Kovacic, MFA '90, was promoted to production director of the Halle Theatre in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

Michelle Mihalick McIntyre, BSJ '90, and her husband, David McIntyre, BSEE '88, MS '89, had a son, Scott Robert McIntyre, in December 2000. Michelle is IBM's Western U.S. media relations manager. She has been with IBM for six years. David is a marketing program director at Transmeta. The family lives in Saratoga, Calif.

Julie Keck Bohn, BSC '91, earned a master's degree in computer science last summer, the same week her daughter, Katherine, learned to walk. Bohn works in the information services department at Executive Jet Aviation and lives in Columbus.

Tracy Lassiter, BSJ '91, earned a master's degree in comparative literature from Indiana University. She recently traveled to Bungoma, Kenya, where she helped build and establish the first public library in the western province. She lives in Bloomington, Ind.

Sunil Kumar Rabindranath, BSCE '91, MAIA '00, is an airport engineer with the Metropolitan Washington (D.C.) Airport Authority handling design and project management at Washington Dulles International Airport. His wife, Ariana Leon Rabindranath, BAIS '96, a program assistant with the Asia Society Washington Center, is completing a master of arts degree in international affairs through Ohio University. They live in Alexandria, Va.

Kristine Schmitt, BCJ '91, is a senior investigator specializing in crimes against children, family violence and sex crimes for the Winder, Ga., police department.

Heather Simpson Abernethy, BSHE '92, MED '94, had a daughter, Kylie Anne, in September 2000 and lives in Cincinnati.

Tracy Turner Alley, BSED '92, MED '94, earned a doctorate in integrated teaching and learning from Ohio State University in August and recently won the Christa McAuliffe Teacher Fellowship and the Eleanor Roosevelt Teacher Fellowship. She has been a teacher for 10 years, the last six with the gifted program of the Minford Local School District in Lucasville, Ohio.

Cary Roberts Frith, BSJ '92, MS '98, is managing editor of the Resources for Educators product line and parent involvement newsletters for the K-12 education market for a division of Aspen Publishers Inc. She lives in Winchester, Va.

Emily McCormack, BSS '92, is the author of "Never a Teardrop," published in 2000, and "Mostly About Books," published in 2001. She is working on another book, "Temporary Assignments, B.C." McCormack lives in Willowbrook, Ill.

Amy Chufo Prezelski, BSH '92, received a master of education degree from Bowie State University in May and had her second child, Leya Pauline, in March. She lives in Mount Airy, Md.

Joseph Taylor, MED '92, has joined Biological Sciences Curriculum Study as a professional development associate for the Science Curriculum Implementation Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Charisse Antonopolous, BFA '93, a graduate student at Columbia College Chicago, earned a $2,600 scholarship from the Union League Club of the Civic & Arts Foundation in Chicago.

William Cline, DO '93, and his wife, Sue, are the parents of twin daughters, Jessica Anne and Katelyn Elizabeth, born in July. The family lives in Xenia, Ohio.

John Colbert, BS '93, joined the law firm of Graydon Head & Ritchey as an associate in the intellectual property practice group. He resides in Loveland, Ohio, with his wife, Andrea.

John Christopher Graves, AB '93, is a senior e-commerce sales consultant for General Electric Co. in Washington, D.C. He earned an MBA in 1995 from The Franciscan University and currently is in training for the Eco-Challenge 2002 adventure race.

Mark Kindle, BSC '93, and his wife, Lisa, are starting a nonprofit organization called Katelyn's Kids, which will benefit the pediatric patients of the Hospice of the Western Reserve in the Greater Cleveland area. The organization is named for their daughter, Katelyn, who died March 2 at the age of 3 months. Kindle has been employed by Nielson Media Research for five years.

Christine Patterson Navin, BSH '93, had a son, Joseph Allen Navin, in August. She lives in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

William Schlegel, BBA '93, was promoted to senior manager in the technology and security risk solutions practice at the law firm of Ernst & Young in Pittsburgh. He and his wife, Michelle, reside in Cranberry Township, Pa., with their two children.

Tanya Schwartz Schulman, BSH '93, earned an MBA from Emory University. She is working as a contract manager for WellStar Health System in Atlanta.

Katharine Chester, BS '94, passed the North Carolina Bar Exam last summer and was admitted to the practice of law in September. She lives in Siler City, N.C.

Victor Kaufman, MA '94, PHD '98, had his book, "Confronting Communism: U.S. and British Policies Toward China," published in 2001. The book examines how the United States and Great Britain were able to overcome disagreements in their approaches toward communist China.

Sherri Gladwell Leimkuhler, BSJ '94, and her husband, Matthew Leimkuhler, BSME '94, had a daughter, Isabelle Catherine, in May. They live in Odenton, Md.

Heather Smith Maurer, BSJ '94, and her husband, Ryan, had their first child, Joshua Sterritte Maurer, in April. Heather is alumni and development communications manager at the University of Dayton. The family lives in Springfield, Ohio.

Gayle Roberts, BSN '94, earned a master of science degree in nursing from the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University in May 2001. She received the Cushing-Robb Prize for outstanding research, academic and clinical achievement. She lives in Cambridge, Ohio.

Tony Vigorito, AB '94, had his book, "Just a Couple of Days," published last year. The book chronicles the outbreak of a genetically modified dancing plague and its effects on the spiritual growth of the protagonist. Vigorito's wife, Jessica Maguire, designed the cover for the book. The couple lives in Columbus.

Matthew Christian, BBA '95, MA '99, formerly with Ohio University's Southern Campus, is director of the Center for Instructional Technology at Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va.

Craig Medley, BBA '95, was appointed operations manager for the law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff in Columbus.

Matthew Smith, MA '95, PHD '98, is an assistant professor of communication at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He also has published his second co-authored book, "Online Communication: Linking Technology, Identity and Culture," written with Andrew Wood, PHD '98.

Corey Taylor, AB '95, MPA '97, is deputy director of information at the Population Institute, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization. He assists with researching, writing, editing and producing the institute's bimonthly newsletter, Popline, and its monograph series, "The 21st Century Papers."

Kevin Tong, BS '95, and Kelly Hosty Tong, BSAT '98, are the parents of a son, Cameron Joseph, born in April. They live in Defiance, Ohio.

Heather Longsdorf Baith, BSAT '96, married Rocky Baith in August 1999. She is attending graduate school and working as a biologist. The couple live in Seville, Ohio.

Elizabeth Gorczyca Dombroski, BBA '96, married Brian Dombroski in July and is employed by American Express in Chicago.

Dawn Campbell Giesman, BSJ '96, is working as the development and communications associate for United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cincinnati, where she has been employed since February 2001. She and her husband, Rob Giesman, were married in July 1999 and live in Oakley, Ohio.

Alexander Good, BSS '96, is a weather forecaster with Executive Jet Aviation in Columbus.

Christopher Nix, MA '96, PHD '99, has joined the faculty of Georgetown (Ky.) College as an assistant professor of communication arts.

Ryan Thomas Olinski, BSED '96, AB '96, and his wife, Sherrie, had their first son, Peyton Ryan, in June. Olinski teaches third grade in Fairport, N.Y.

Michael Sweeney, PHD '96, is the author of "Secrets of Victory: The Office of Censorship and the American Press and Radio in World War I." Sweeney is an assistant professor of communications at Utah State University and lives in Logan, Utah.

Colin Cockrell, BSSE '97, was promoted to the rank of captain in the United States Marine Corps in July. He lives in Brecksville, Ohio.

Thomas Fuhrman, BSAS '97, MBA '98, graduated from the U.S. Air Force Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi in January 2001 and was awarded the Air Education and Training Command Commander's Trophy as the most outstanding graduate in his class. He resides in Beavercreek, Ohio, and is a pilot for the Air Force Reserve at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton.

Steven Jain, BS '97, earned a medical degree in May from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he was in the Primary Care Track Program. He is completing a residency in internal medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland.

Larry Witmer, DO '97, and his wife, Maria, had their first child, Cory Joseph Witmer, in August.

Daphne Rozen, BSJ '98, BA '98, received a master of arts degree in anthropology with a specialization in museum studies from the University of Denver in June. She works at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

Allison Thomas, BSSE '98, lives in Sacramento, Calif., and works as a special events consultant for the Sacramento Kings pro basketball team.

Christine Pope Thompson, BA '98, married Michael Thompson in May. She is the assistant to the mayor of Sharonville, Ohio, and became a certified floodplain manager in October 2000.

Julie Jackson Weldon, BS '98, and Brandon Weldon, BS '96, were married in August 2000 and live in Lansing, Mich.

Jessica Baum, MSPE '99, is head athletic trainer for the New York Power in the Women's United Soccer Association.

Jeffery Burgin Jr., MED '99, and Camille Colemon Burgin, BSC '98, MA '00, were married in June in Hamilton, Ohio.

Chad Elwell, BSC '99, married Tami Wands in October and became the father of two stepchildren. He is a managerial network engineer for SBC/Ameritech Global Networks. They live in Akron, Ohio.

Danile Jordan, BS '99, was accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Phoenix.

Erin Meyer, BSHSS '99, MA '01, is a speech therapist with a private practice in Centerville, Ohio.

Matthew Miller, BSC '99, and Elizabeth "Leeza" Glazier Miller, BSJ '99, were married in September. They live in Shreveport, La., where Matt is a supervisor for Mediq/PRN and Leeza is the morning and noon weather anchor for KTAL, the local NBC affiliate.

Jeremy Mosher, BBA '99, and Amanda Hennings Mosher, BBA '99, were married in July and live in Columbus.

Tim Robertson, MSPE '99, is the owner and strength coach of Speed Strength Systems, a performance training center for athletes in Cleveland.

Jamie Schaumleffel, BSHS '99, is a speech-language pathologist for Franklin Local School District in Roseville, Ohio. She and Kevin Ritchey, BSED '99, are planning to be married in May.

Christy Trombley, BSSE '99, is a second-year doctoral degree candidate in the physical therapy program at Arizona School of Health Sciences in Phoenix.
