John Heller, AB '53, serves as coordinator of pastoral care at the Lutheran Care Center at Concord Village in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Adele Haber Zucker, BSJ '54, of University Heights, Ohio, was re-elected in November for another four-year term and was appointed vice mayor of the University Heights Council, on which she's served for the past 18 years.

Harriet Heit Sandmeier, BSED '58, a frequent preacher in New York churches, was awarded the statewide Leadership and Support Award of the School Administrators Association of New York State. She retired from her administrative position at the Rockland County (N.Y.) Board of Cooperative Educational Services and is serving as stated clerk of the presbytery of Hudson River.

Dieter Hammer, BSEE '59, retired from Hubbell Industrial Controls Inc. in Madison, Ohio, as sales manager for industrial radio remote controls. "I refer to it as knickknacks and novelties," he says. "It was fun." He and his wife, Sue Hammer, BA '60, moved to Hendersonville, N.C.

Sidney Regen, BFA '59, retired from the U.S. Air Force in January as civilian program manager for U.S. and NATO design and construction programs for Turkey. Regen had worked at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany since 1983. He is employed by 3D/International as the company's European program manager for design and construction services. He and his wife, Eileen Gaines Regen, BSED '60, live in Landstuhl, Germany, where she teaches at the Department of Defense Middle School.
