What is NRHH?

The National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is a National organization that recognizes exceptional students, programs, and community service within the residence halls. The Ohio University chapter of NRHH has several different ways of giving recognition. Each year new students are inducted into NRHH because of their outstanding service to their communities. NRHH members are acknowledged as the top 1% of students living within the halls.

Another way that NRHH gives recognition is through Of The Month (OTM) submissions. Each month, students, RA’s, ARD’s, RD’s and other staff members have the opportunity to nominate students and programs in many different catagories. These nominations are then sent on to be judged with other OTM’s from schools across the country.

Finally, NRHH holds an annual honors banquet in June where awards are given out to students, resident assistants, and hall councils for a variety of contributions to the community. The Ohio University chapter of NRHH is still growing and so are its efforts to recognize students.
