2012 New Ohio Review Contest in Poetry and Fiction
Contest Guidelines
A first place prize of $1500 and a second place prize of $500 will be awarded in both fiction and poetry. Prize winners will also be published in the Fall 2012 issue of New Ohio Review. This year's contest will be judged by Billy Collins (poetry) and Charles Baxter (fiction).
-All contest entries must be mailed to:

No exceptions. We will NOT accept entries via email or through our submissions manager.
-There is a $20 reading fee for the contest. All entrants will receive a one-year subscription to New Ohio Review.
-All contest entries must come with a cover letter with the following information: Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, and names of poems or short story. Do NOT put any contact information on the actual poems. Please include a SASE with proper postage.
-Please do not submit more than 5 poems or 25 pages of fiction.
- We will not consider or publish pieces that have been previously published.
-All entries must be postmarked by March 25th, 2012.
