ATHENS, Ohio -- A seminar for area superintendents and principals will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Thursday (Oct. 3) in Baker Center Ballroom on Ohio University's Athens campus.

The seminar is titled "The Benefits of Quality Early Care and Education Programs," and will feature Lawrence Schweinhart, research division chair of the High/Scope Educational Research Foundation in Ypsilanti, Mich.
