Hours for the galleries are:
Trisolini Gallery: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Ohio University Art Gallery: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through

Kennedy Museum of American Art: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday
through Friday.
In Trisolini Gallery this month, an M.F.A. thesis exhibition by Matt Long will be on display Oct. 14-25.
In the Ohio University Art Gallery, M.F.A. thesis exhibitions will be on display by Beth Campbell and by Vicki Terry Oct. 21-25, and by Greg Lendeck Oct. 28-Nov. 1.
Paintings by Albert Murray will be on display in Trisolini Gallery Oct. 28-Nov. 15.
THEATER
The School of Theater will present "Kindertransport" at 8 p.m., Oct. 22-24, and at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., Oct. 25 in the Forum Theater. Tickets for all performances are $6 for students and seniors and $8 for general admission. Call 593-4800 for ticket information.
MUSIC
The School of Music will host visiting violinist Martha Curtis at 8 p.m., Oct. 22 at First United Methodist Church. Admission is free.
The School of Music will present a trumpet ensemble directed by Professor Ernest Bastin and a percussion ensemble directed by Professor Guy Remonko at 8 p.m., Oct. 29 at The School of Music Recital Hall.
The School of Music will present a horn ensemble directed by Professor C. Scott Smith at 8 p.m., Oct. 30 at The School of Music Recital Hall.
PERFORMING ARTS
The Performing Arts Series will feature performers included in this October's "Women in Music" conference. As part of this conference, singer/songwriter Tish Hinojosa with The Local Girls will perform at 8 p.m., Oct. 23 in Grover Center. Tickets are $11.50 to $5.
Also featured by the Performing Arts Series as part of the "Women in Music" conference is an all-female big band known as Diva--No Man's Band. This group will perform at 8 p.m., Oct. 24 in Grover Center. Tickets are $11.50 to $5.
The Lark Quarter with Peter Schickele will perform as part of the Performing Arts Series at 8 p.m., Oct. 27 at the First United Methodist Church. Tickets are $10-$5.

LECTURES
From the University of Chicago, professor of astronomy and astrophysics Edward W. Kolb will present his lecture, "The Primordial Soup of the Big Bang," as part of the Frontiers in Science Lecture Series at 8 p.m., Oct. 28 at Grover Center. The lecture is free and open to the public.
