ATHENS, Ohio -- Ohio University Vice President for Administration Gary North will be available for questions from the news media at noon on Sunday, Nov. 1 at the Civil War monument on the College Green of Ohio University's Athens campus. North will be prepared to discuss the impact on the campus of the City of Athens Halloween Street Party, set for Friday and Saturday Oct. 30-31.
