ATTENTION NEWS DIRECTORS, ASSIGNMENT EDITORS:

As you may already be aware, Ohio University will have two national figures as speakers for its two June 14 commencement ceremonies: first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton at 3 p.m., and "Today" show co-host Matt Lauer at 10 a.m.

To be sure that we can accommodate your coverage needs, we need to hear what you will require by Monday, May 12. Please call or fax back answers to the following questions:

At the 13,000-seat Convocation Center, Ohio University Media Productions and the Telecommunications Center will provide a four-camera feed and distribution amplifier for 12 audio and video feeds, with space reserved in advance. Media Productions will be providing approximately five minutes of highlights in a satellite feed to be re-racked and run two or three times in a 15-minute window prior to 6 p.m. EDT on June 14.

* Do you intend to take the satellite feed?

* Will you be sending a crew to cover commencement?

* Do you intend to send a satellite truck?

* Do you intend to send a chopper?
