ATHENS, Ohio -- Ohio University President Robert Glidden will announce an innovative approach to providing students with the technology resources they will need to learn and compete in the 21st century at a news conference scheduled for 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 18 on the steps of Cutler Hall. (In the event of rain, the news conference will be in the conference room on the first floor of Cutler Hall.)

Glidden will outline a comprehensive approach that will place computers in residence halls occupied by first-year students. Following his announcement, Glidden will be available for questions from the media.
