ATHENS, Ohio -- Calling hours for Edward Stevens, professor of educational studies at Ohio University's College of Education, will be today (Monday), June 1 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Jagers and Sons Funeral Home, 24 Morris Ave., Athens.

A funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Stevens, 59, died unexpectedly at his home Saturday.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio University Foundation in memory of Edward W. Stevens Jr.
