ATHENS, Ohio -- Officials from Ohio University and Highpointe Village developer Tipton Interests, Inc., of Cincinnati will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 25 at the site of the proposed $17.5 million retirement complex at Route 682 and Armitage Road.

Architectural plans, floor plans and marketing packages will be available. Developer Dave Tipton will point out the exact site for the complex and be available for questions. City, county and Athens Township officials have been invited to attend the conference.
