ATHENS, Ohio -- Fifty elementary school teachers from across Ohio have returned to college for a week of training in digital imaging and experimental video at Ohio University's Summer Media Institute at the College of Communication July 26 to Aug. 1.

The teachers will get hands-on training in how to shoot and edit videos and how to implement video technology in their classrooms.

The media workshop is co-sponsored by the Ohio Arts Council.
