ATHENS, Ohio -- Ohio University's Office of Counseling and Psychological Services, located on the third floor of Hudson Health Center on the Athens campus , is offering a special career counseling program for prospective adult students through Aug. 29.
The program is designed for non-traditional students who have been out of college for some time and are now considering enrolling at the university level to begin college studies, resume their studies or seek an additional degree.
Counselors are available for individual interviews to explore educational and vocational options and to conduct "interest inventories" that focus on helping prospective students identify possible areas of career interests.
Those interested in the counseling program may stop by Counseling and Psychological Services from 7:30 a.m. to noon and 12:30 to 4 p.m. weekdays or call (740) 593-1616.
