ATHENS, Ohio -- Ohio University faculty and staff are invited to a free luncheon seminar on service learning from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29 in the Baker Center Ballroom on the Athens campus.
Service learning incorporates community service into courses to enhance student learning and assist in community development.
New activities and resources available for service learning such as course revision stipends, research opportunities, stipends and mini-grants will be discussed.
