EXHIBITS

Hours for the galleries are as follows:
Trisolini: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Ohio University Art Gallery (previously Siegfred): 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Kennedy Museum of American Art: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
An installation titled "Birds of Paradise" will be on display at the Kennedy Museum of American Art Jan 20 - Feb. 14.

Paintings by Robert Peppers will be on display in Trisolini Gallery Feb. 2 - 28.

Paintings by Craig Lucas will be shown in the Ohio University Art Gallery Feb. 3 - March 7.

LECTURES

Paralympic Athlete D. Wyeth will speak Feb. 3 at 7 p.m. in Morton 235. Admission is free.

The following speakers are part of the Winter Speakers Program of the Department of Environmental and Plant Biology. The lectures will take place in 104 Porter Hall at 4 p.m. A reception for Friday speakers will take place at 3:30 p.m. in Porter 417. Admission is free.

Frank W. Telewski, from Michigan State University, will present his lecture, "The Influence of Wind and Other Mechanical Loads on Tree Growth," on Feb. 7

THEATER

The School of Theater will present Shakespeare's "Measure for Measure" Feb 5 - 8 and 12 - 15 at 8 p.m. There will be a matinee performance on Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. All performances take place in Baker Theater. Tickets are $8- $6 . Call 593-4800 for ticket information.

MUSIC

A Faculty Recital featuring Rebecca Rischin on clarinet and The Lark Quartet will take place Fe. 4 at 8 p.m. in the Music Building Recital Hall. Admission is free.

A Faculty Recital featuring C. Scott Smith on horn and The Lark Quartet will take place Feb. 7 at 8 p.m. in the Music Building Recital Hall. Admission is free.

The Concert Band and Wind Ensemble will perform Feb. 9 at 4 p.m. in Templeton Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium. Admission is free.

A Jazz Celebration featuring Bob Thompson and the OU Ensemble will take place Feb. 13 at 8 p.m. in Templeton Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium. Admission is free.

SPECIAL EVENTS

The International Film Club will present Breaking the Waves Feb. 6 at 8:30 in Lindley 321. There will be an admission charge.
