Ann Kittle is Outstanding Classified

ATHENS, Ohio (June 9, 2000) -- Nell Ann Kittle of The Plains has been selected as the Outstanding Classified Employee of the Month for April by the university's Classified Senate. Kittle has been a university employee for 17 years and currently serves as senior secretary in the College of Education.
Kittle's colleagues praised her for always being willing to take that extra step for others and for sharing her information and knowledge with others to help them do their jobs better. Kittle was a 1996 recipient of the Margaret Thompson Memorial Award, given annually to support staff in the college in recognition of outstanding service.
Kittle says her dream job would be one that allows her to arrange events such as meetings and interviews.
Kittle was presented with the award and a number of gifts donated by local businesses and university departments at the May 18 Classified Senate meeting.
