Ohio University's School of Theater Presents 'Tamicanfly'

ATHENS, Ohio (May 2, 2000) -- The world premiere production of Tammicanfly
previews on May 10 and 11 at 8 p.m. and opens May 12 at 8 p.m. Performances continue with
shows on May 13, 17-20 at 8 p.m. and a 2 p.m. matinee on May 20.
Under the direction of Professor Andrew Manley, Tammicanfly is making its
world premiere at Ohio University. This comedy was written by 1997 Ohio University MFA graduate, Scott Marshall Taylor. Fate is pitted against human intention in a quirky look at the human condition. Ideas, beliefs, and values waver between the struggling generations in this story. Wagering on the outcome is strictly prohibited!
All performances will be held in the Forum Theater in the RTVC Building on the Ohio University Campus. Regular admission is $9; student and senior admission is $7.
