Ohio -- (March 2, 2000) Hey Bobcat Fans....Here is the information you will need to Back the
'Cats all the way through the MAC Tournament.
TICKETS: Your MAC tournament tickets are available now. You
can pick up (if you pre-ordered) or purchase your 2000 MAC
Tournament tickets at the Convocation Center Ticket Office on
Thursday and Friday, March 2 and 3 between the hours of 8 a.m.
and 5 p.m. If you can't make it to the Convocation Center, you
can pick up your tickets at the Renaissance Hotel in Cleveland on
Sunday, March 5 between the hours of 3 and 6 p.m. Ohio tickets
will be available during these hours in the Szell Room of the
Renaissance Hotel (Fourth Floor). After that time, all tickets will be
available at the Ohio Will Call table at the Gund Arena Box Office
(corner of Huron and E. 6th Streets).
Tickets are still available in the Bobcat section. Call the Ohio
athletics ticket office to secure your seats with friends and alumni
in the Bobcat section of Gund Arena. Please call the Ohio athletics
ticket office if you have any questions about ordering tickets. (740)

HOTEL: The Official Bobcat Hotel for the MAC Tournament is the
Holiday Inn Select-City Centre. Call 1-800-HOLIDAY or (216)
241-5100 for reservations. Use the phrase "Ohio University
Alumni" to receive the $79.00 per night discount rate.
PARTY: The Ohio Athletics Department, the Ohio University Alumni
Association, and the Green & White Club, are sponsoring a
pre-game BOBCAT BASH two hours before each Ohio game at
Gund Arena. $5.00 to get in.

OPEN PRACTICE: The Ohio Bobcats will host an open practice on
Saturday, March 4 from 10:45 to 11:30 a.m. in the Gund Arena.
IF/WHEN WE ADVANCE: If the Bobcats win on Sunday, we will
have tickets available to sell for the next round outside of the Gund
Arena Box Office (corner of Huron and E. 6th Streets) immediately
following the completion of the Sunday night game. On Monday,
March 6, tickets will be available for purchase at the Renaissance
Hotel Szell Room (Fourth Floor) from 3 to 6 p.m. Tickets will also
be available at the Gund Arena Box Office (Ohio Will Call table)
beginning at 7 p.m. Please have exact change, a check payable to
Ohio Athletics, or a MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card
available for payment.
