Employee Opinion Survey Needs Your Participation
ATHENS,
Ohio (March 2, 2000) -- Ohio University wants to know what employees
think during Survey Week beginning March 2. Since the university has experienced so
many changes over the last few years, this is an ideal time for us to assess where
we are today as we create plans for the university's future. Getting information
directly from our employees will assist in developing consistent, competitive and
flexible compensation and reward programs. Your participation in this survey will also
let us see how our university is doing on a variety of other topics, such as career
development, communications, and leadership, from the perspective of the people who are
most affected on a daily basis.
Surveys will be sent directly to all classified staff, administrators, and faculty with
administrative appointments on the Athens campus, the five regional campuses, and OU-COM CORE
sites via campus mail on March 2nd. Responses will be kept confidential and should be returned
in the provided pre-addressed envelopes via campus mail no later than March 10th. Cumulative
survey results, next steps, and action plans will be shared with all employees.
