Ohio Plays Host to WMU at the Convo March 1

ATHENS, Ohio (February 27, 2000) -- Sixth-seeded Ohio will play host to 11-seeded Western Michigan at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1 in first round action of the 2000 FirstEnergy MAC Basketball Tournament. That winner will advance to face Kent in the quarterfinals in Cleveland's Gund Arena in the final game of the day on Sunday, March 5.

Tickets for first round action are $10 each. Ohio University student tickets can be purchased for $2 with a valid ID.
