Athens, OH -- Ohio University Community and Professional Programs is bringing management consultant Glenn Shepard to Athens for a one day seminar on "How to Get People to Pay." Designed for businesses who need help collecting their own accounts receivable.
Participants will learn how to bring in the accounts previously thought of as uncollectible with the knowledge they gain. The seminar will also cover how to speed up slow payers without losing customers, collecting on bad checks, getting paid after customers go bankrupt and enforcing legal judgments.
Tuition is $159 and includes instruction, materials, .5 CEUs and lunch. The seminar will be held at Ohio University Inn and Conference Center from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 11 and is open to the general public. In addition CPAs can earns CPE credit for their participation.
