ATHENS, Ohio -- Ohio University Community and Professional Programs is bringing management consultant Glenn Shepard to Athens for a one-day seminar on "Managing Problem Employees and Difficult Supervisory Situations."
Being the boss is overwhelming and the job duties change daily. This seminar will provide managers with cost-effective ways of handling people, problems, and priorities more efficiently while helping them learn and master the inside secrets of successful supervisor. Most importantly, participants will discover how to turn their problem employees into valuable team players!
Tuition is $159 and includes instruction, materials, .5 CEUs and lunch. The seminar will be held at Ohio University Inn and Conference Center from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 10 and is open to the general public. In addition CPAs can earns CPE credit for their participation.
