ATHENS, Ohio -- Relieve stress, breathe easier, live healthier and feel better! From the art of acupuncture to the Zen of massage therapy, Health Vision, a 13-part series produced by WOUB-TV, focuses on the emerging practices of alternative, complementary and integrative medicines. Hosted by Jackie Wolf, professor of Social Medicine at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, regional health practitioners discuss alternative forms of healing every Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. beginning April 2.

Health Vision explores alternative practices such as bio-resonance therapy, homeopathic remedies, healing herbs, and even the healing power of animals. In addition to offering timely and lively discussions, Health Vision encourages viewers to learn more about alternative medicine through resources at: www.woub.org/healthvision . WOUB-TV will rebroadcast each Wednesday's program Saturday evenings at 6 p.m.
