ATHENS, Ohio -- Ohio University will officially be closed Monday, Sept. 2, in observance of the national Labor Day holiday. This includes all regional campuses, as well as the College of Osteopathic Medicine and all branches of the University Osteopathic Medical Center. All six sites -- UOMC-Parks Hall in Athens, UOMC ENT/Allergy on Richland Avenue in Athens, UOMC-O'Bleness in Athens, UOMC-Coolville, UOMC-Nelsonville Square, and UOMC-Doctors Hospital in Nelsonville -- will be closed. If you would like information about the University Osteopathic Medical Center or wish to make an appointment, please call (740) 593-1700.
The university will reopen Tuesday, September 3, operating under normally scheduled hours.
