ATHENS, Ohio -- The Friends of the Libraries of Ohio University will hold its Summer Book Sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 28 and 29, on the east wing of the seventh floor in Alden Library.

"We are continuing our new practice of two-day sales to make the event more convenient for the campus and the community," says Chris Knies, Book Sale Chair and head of the General Books division of Follett's University Bookstore. "We are also changing the time for our customary pre-sale for Friends members to make it more of a fun event. It will be on Wednesday evening, June 26, from 7 to 9 p.m."

The price will be $1for all books. After 4 p.m. prices will be reduced to $3 per plastic bag. Prices during the pre-sale will be $2 each. Memberships will be available at the door.
