OU-COM Prenatal Health Program registering participants for free education classes

ATHENS, Ohio -- The Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine Prenatal Health Education Program is currently registering participants in their prenatal education series in July designed for teenagers in the Athens area.

The classes are free and open to pregnant teens and their parents and others in their support system. The series will cover health care strategies for mom and baby while providing information relavant to teenagers.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays, July 2, 9, 16 and 23 in the University Osteopathic Medical Center Obstetrics and Gynecology Department in the O'Bleness Memorial Hospital Medical Building from 6 to 8 p.m. To register, call 740-593-2481 or 1-800-844-2654.
