ATHENS, Ohio -- Ohio University will be closed Monday, May 27, in observance of the national Memorial Day holiday. The closure includes all five regional campuses, the College of Osteopathic Medicine, and all branches of the University Osteopathic Medical Center. All five sites -- UOMC-Parks Hall in Athens, UOMC-O'Bleness in Athens, UOMC-Coolville, UOMC-Nelsonville Square, and UOMC-Doctors Hospital in Nelsonville -- will be closed. The university will reopen Tuesday, May 28, operating under normally scheduled hours.
