WOUB/WOUC-TV and Athens Bicycle give away children's bicycle
ATHENS, Ohio -- On Thursday, Dec. 6, WOUB/WOUC-TV and the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored a Business After Hours. The event was held in WOUB's Television Studio A and featured PBS' Clifford the Big Red Dog. Over 100 children attended, receiving a complimentary gift bag and a photo taken with Clifford.
Local businesses the Oak Room, and The Marketplace at ACENet provided food and refreshments. Numerous gift items were given away, including a children's bicycle donated by Athens Bicycle. The winner of the girl's bike was Randi Bailey of The Plains.
