Ohio University Announces New Political Science Master of Arts Program

ATHENS, Ohio (June 13, 2001) -- Ohio University is pleased to announce a new program leading to a Master of Arts degree in political science with a concentration in public policy and administration.

This program is intended for professionals currently employed in public or non-profit organizations and those who would like to pursue careers in these fields. All the courses will be offered one evening a week from 6 to 10 p.m. on the Athens campus. The program will begin in the fall of 2001.

Anyone interested in learning more about the program is invited to an informational meeting at the Athens campus on Tuesday, June 26, at 7 p.m. in Bentley Hall, Room 310. The meeting will cover the admission procedures, the program requirements and the sequence of courses to be offered.
