The educational programs of the
Kennedy Museum of Art serve the mission of the
Museum and Ohio University by focusing on formal
and informal learning activities that foster undergraduate
and graduate education, as well as research and
creative activity, while fulfilling the public
service mission of the University.
The
Educational Programs area of the Museum serves
as a laboratory environment and training ground
for Ohio University students while serving the
Museum, the University, and the local community
as a resource for teaching and learning. The programs
and exhibitions developed by the Educational Programs
area of the Museum focus on pre-service educators
enrolled at Ohio University, the regional education
community, and the general audience.
