1962: The Kissing Circle's Message to Sandy
Some time in the early morning hours of a day in 1962 I painted the kissing circle that was just east of the old library (Chubb Hall). This was a BIG
tradition for fraternities and sororities to paint the circle. I believe that I started a tradition by painting the circle for a special person.
Soon after I left my message to Sandy, others chose to follow my lead.
We were married five years to the day after I graduated from OU. This year we celebrated 33 years of wonderful married life.
