The Department of Mechanical Engineering grants a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. Graduate students have the opportunity to pursue a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering, as well as a Ph.D. in the mechanical engineering track of the integrated engineering program.

ABET EACThe undergraduate program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). The department has an active industrial Advisory Board that assists with program evaluation and keeps faculty in touch with industry needs and developments.
