How do students Apply Internships are awarded by corporate sponsors on a competitive basis. Students must meet the following basic requirements (grade point requirements are established by the individual internship sponsor):
be an Information and Telecommunication Systems major, in good standing, with at least 90 hours completed at the time of the internship,
have completed ITS 214, 220, 222, and 302 (another 300-level course may be substituted with internship coordinator's approval), and
have at least one quarter remaining on campus after the internship.
Students meeting these requirements are asked to complete an application form which requests information regarding courses taken, special interests and skills, and geographic preference.
