If you wish to pursue a two-year program of study in a field other than those available through one of the other associate's degree options, you may design your own program of study to meet particular goals through the Associate in Individualized Studies degree program, available all campuses. If you have previously earned an associate's degree, you are not permitted to earn the A.I.S. degree.

Through its dedicated advising and many effective programs, University College promotes undergraduates’ academic success and co-curricular engagement, facilitates their pivotal transitions, and fosters the formation of community among students, faculty, and staff. University College is the college of entry for one of every four students, most of whom have not chosen a major, and the home of the Academic Advancement Center and the Army and Air Force ROTC programs.
