English Language Improvement Program: Pronunciation Tutoring

Receive one-on-one work with a tutor to improve pronunciation and listening comprehension. All OPIE students may sign up for up to two 15-minute one-on-one sessions per week.  Several OPIE classes, such as the Oral Communication Program, Listening / Speaking and Fluency, require their students to visit the lab twice a week.  Please sign up at the lab located in Scott Quad 21a.

Students: You can't come to your pronunciation session? We have an online cancellation service- it's easy! If you need to cancel an appointment, send an email to oupronunciationlab@gmail.com . In the subject line only, write your name as it appears on the sign up sheet, the date and time of your session, and the word "cancel."

Example: Fulanito DeTal, 1/17 3:00pm, cancel

Please do this at least one day before your session so that we have a chance to erase it and others can still sign up. If the information is incomplete or sent the same day, there is a chance that you might receive a warning card for missing your session.
