ITD: English Fluency & Culture

During the summer and winter vacations, OPIE offers a four-week language program designed for students who want intensive language study and cultural experience in a North American university environment. The program includes:

• Twenty hours a week of activity-based English language instruction
• Six hours a week of organized recreation such as handball, golf, indoor rock climbing, tennis
• Group and individual projects using the latest computer technology
• Weekend field trips to cultural and historic sites
• Access to all Ohio University facilities
• Guided tour of Washington D.C.
