The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network strives to assure that each member of every school community is valued and respected regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.

Love Makes a Family is a museum-quality traveling exhibit including photographs and interviews with families that have lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) members. Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians& Gays (PFLAG) is a national non-profit organization with over 200,000members and supporters and over 500 affiliates in the United States. This vast grassroots network is cultivated, resourced and serviced by the PFLAG national office, located in Washington, D.C., the national Board of Directors and 14 Regional Directors.

Straight Spouse Network
(SSN), formerly Straight Spouse Support Network. The Straight Spouse Network is a worldwide organization of current/ former heterosexual spouses/partners of gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender mates and mixed-orientation couples. Members provide personal, confidential support and resource information to spouses, couples, and families. SSN is the only support network of its kind in the world.
TransFamily is a support group for transgendered and transsexual people, their parents, partners, children, other family members, friends, and supportive others. We provide referrals, literature, and over-the-phone information on all transgender issues. Although our meetings are held in Cleveland, Ohio, the Internet has enabled us to extend helping hands to transgender individuals and their families across the globe.
TransParentcy's mission is to support the Transgender Parent, and their advocates (lawyers, mental health professionals, friends, family) by providing information and resources to diffuse and/or dispel the myths about any adverse impact being transgendered/transsexual might have on one’s children.
