Rural Appalachian Youth Alliance (RAYA)
RAYA is a newly forming multi-county youth alliance that offers rural Appalachian LGBTQ youth and their friends a safe space to meet for friendship, fun, and youth-to-youth support. SuBAMUH: Susan B. Anthony Memorial Unrest Home
Serving as a women’s intentional living and educational community in rural Athens County. This 151-acre land trust is a non-profit corporation governed by a board of nine women, most of who do not live on the land.
