WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE OUT or TO BE AN ALLY?
It is important to be out as an LGBT person and as an Ally because it is important to be visible in society in hopes of abandoning negative stereotypes and abolishing hate.

WHY ARE YOU “PROUD”?  WHAT ARE YOU MOST “PROUD” OF?
I am proud of all of my friends that are allys. I could not have come out completely without their support. They’ve truly made a difference in my life.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO OTHERS WHO COME OUT?
Stay out once you come out. Society needs to see that we are not going to hide.

THOUGHTS FOR NON-LGBT PEOPLE ABOUT LGBT PEOPLE AND CONCERNS:
Be open-minded. Not everything is as it seems. People can surprise you if you just give them a chance.
