WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE AN ALLY?
So that others can be comfortable with whom they are – and have lots of supportive people around.

WHY ARE YOU “PROUD”?  WHAT ARE YOU MOST “PROUD” OF?
I am proud to be someone who people can be themselves with.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO OTHERS WHO COME OUT?
Take it one day at a time… and do what you’re comfortable doing (in telling others, taking steps to be out).

THOUGHTS FOR NON-LGBT PEOPLE ABOUT LGBT PEOPLE AND CONCERNS:
It’s important that LGBT people feel safe – so please watch how you present yourself to others. Are you open to listening, deeply, to concerns of others?
