WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE OUT?
To be out allows me to be true to myself.

WHY ARE YOU “PROUD”?  WHAT ARE YOU MOST “PROUD” OF?
I am proud of knowing who I am and knowing that there are people who have been there before and are willing to help.  I am also proud that I can be one of those people.

WHAT WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF COMING OUT?
Fear of what others would think, do or say.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO OTHERS WHO COME OUT?
You are never alone - we are out there to help.

THOUGHTS FOR NON-LGBT PEOPLE ABOUT LGBT PEOPLE AND CONCERNS:
We seek only equality for basic human rights. We exist. Please treat us as equals.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Pride comes from within, but blossoms when you have support and friends.
