WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE AN ALLY?
It is important for me to be an Ally so that I can show support to the LGBT person and to help others understand the importance of equality and mutual respect amongst everyone.
THOUGHTS FOR NON-LGBT PEOPLE ABOUT LGBT PEOPLE AND CONCERNS:
Thoughts for non LGBT people are to stand up for fairness and defend the LGBT community when they are not able. Also educate yourself on LGBT issues so you can encourage LGBT students to feel comfortable about who they are and encourage them to stand up for what they believe in.
